Abstract
Several formulas are proposed for analyzing by a lumped capacitor method time domain responses to an incident wave of finite transient time for different types of dielectric relaxations with dc electric conductivities. The experimental problems associated with the transient behavior of the responses and the measurements of the multiple relaxation type dielectric relaxations are discussed. Keywords
