Abstract
It is shown how an optical multichannel analyser associated with a low dispersivity spectroscope can offer a real time view of a low level luminescence emission spectrum. Direct observations support the quantum model. The authors previously proposed (Phys. Stat. Solidi, vol.30, p.279) to explain wide band photoluminescence in SnO2 single crystals.Keywords
