Abstract
Reaction of trichlormethiazide (1; R = H) with fluoroxytrifluoromethane yields the diaziridine (2), the 5-fluoroderivative (1; R = F), and the 4H-1,2,4-benzo[e]thiadiazine 1,1-dioxide (4). The reaction is influenced by the amount of hydrogen fluoride present, and possibly proceeds via the N-fluoro-derivative (5).This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
