Abstract
Inflammatory abdominal aortic aneurysm is an uncommon disorder characterized by marked thickening and extensive inflammatory changes of the aneurysmal wall. The appearances of an inflammatory abdominal aortic aneurysm on dynamic Gd-DTPA enhanced magnetic resonance imaging are described and the value of this modality in achieving a pre-operative diagnosis is emphasized. Keywords
