Abstract
Coronary air embolism may go unnoticed or cause chest pain, electrocardiogram changes, and myocardial damage; it may mimic coronary spasm [1,2]. We report a patient who sustained subendocardial myocardial infarction following intracoronary injection of air.Keywords
