Abstract
Four cases with neuroradiologically verified frontal lobe damage are reviewed in terms of neuropsychological test performance and behavioral outcome. Frontal damage may result in a wide-spectrum of behavioral and cognitive changes that do not conform to a specific syndrome entity. Many of the traditional neuropsychological measures are insensitive to frontal lobe involvement. Various clinical guidelines are offered. Keywords
