Abstract
A method for the measurement of the electronic‐stopping cross section Sε for atomic particles in solids is presented and demonstrated by measurement of Sε for 1H and 4He in aluminim in the energy range 20 to 140 keV.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
