Abstract
We found that inorganic compounds labelled with 32P such as P2S5, PCl3, PSCl3, POCl3, and H3PO4 can be obtained by a newsimple method, with good yields and a high specificactivity. The carrier free 32P resulting through the nuclear reaction 32S(n, p)32P from elementary sulphur was concentrated on red phosphorus and active carbon. Then, by chemical reactions with phosphorus pentachloride or elementary sulphur, PCl3, POCl3, PSCl3, and P2S5 labelled with 32P are obtained. Carrier free H332PO4 is obtained by desorption of radiophosphorus from active carbon with 2M HNO3 at 80 °C.Keywords
