Abstract
Aquas gel permeation chromatography of insulin under denaturating conditions has been successfully performed on three different chromatographic supports. The separation pattern was identical to that obtained on soft gels (Sephadex, BioGel). The elution time was 10-20 min, recovery 98-100%.This publication has 21 references indexed in Scilit:
