Abstract

The cluster complex PtRu₅(CO)₁₅(PMe₂Ph)(μ₆-C) has been shown to exhibit facile intramolecular exchange of the phosphine ligand between a platinum and ruthenium atom that is rapid on the NMR timescale at 160 °C.
