Channeling the End-User Computing Initiative: A Case Study

Abstract
Companies that employ end-user computing often find it a challenge to both maximize this computing resource and ensure the integrity of the organizations information. To learn how end-user computing was performed at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corpf, its internal audit and information services departments undertook an end-user computing survey. This article describes that survey and its findings.
