Abstract
A review is presented of the operating experience and service difficulties with austenitic steel turbine piping at the 1050 F and 1100 F temperature levels. Reasons are advanced for the difficulties encountered and recommendations are made to prevent recurrence of these difficulties in future installations. Keywords
