Abstract
A long-term follow-up study of 92 patients with ovarian endometriosis treated with microsurgical tectmiques showed that although endometriosis may persist in many patients, only seven patients required repeat ovarian surgery. Microsurgical techniques are to be recommended for the treatment of ovarian endometriosis and the prevention of postoperative adhesive disease of the ovaries. Keywords
