Abstract
Separation of vitamin B12, from serum by heat denaturation results in an individually variable amount of residual protein in the supernatant fluid. I show that during radioisotopic assay of serum vitamin B12, such protein may seriously interfere with the results, and that the interference may be abolished by changing the experimental conditions. Keywords
