Abstract
A preliminary clinical evaluation of the NMR scans of patients with a variety of intracranial abnormalities is presented. This noninvasive technique, which uses no ionizing radiation, was compared to conventional neuroradiological procedures and X-ray computed tomography of the same patients. The ability to produce coronal and sagittal, and axial transverse images directly has important implications for precise lesion assessment. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
