Abstract
Using the techniques of complement fixation and bulk precipitation the authors confirmed and extended the observations of Clutton et al. on the immunol. properties of the O-[beta]-glucosido-N-carbo-benzyloxytyrosyl derivatives of gelatin and insulin. Evidence is given for the hapten function of the carbobenzyl-oxy group, and for the fact that N-carbobenzyloxytyrosyl gelatin behaves as a full antigen. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
