REPLICATION OF TYPE-6 (CIV) IRIDOVIRUS IN DIFFERENT CELL-LINES

Abstract
The behavior of differnt invertebrate cell lines to iridovirus type 6 (CIV) infection was compared. At least 4 types of cellular systems: non-permissive (Aedes albopictus), semi-permissive (Lymantria dispar) and 2 types of permissive systems in which the viral replication cycle is completed A. aegypti, (slow replication cycle) and Choristoneura fumiferana, (rapid replication cycle), were distinguished.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
