Abstract
For pt. I see ibid., vol.20, p.797 (1987). The second-order Zeeman shift in the nuclear electric quadrupole resonance at 993.4 kHz of 51V in HoVO4 is used to probe the enhanced nuclear antiferromagnetic ordered state of the 165Ho moments below 5 mK.Keywords
