Antikörperentwicklung nach Rötelnvakzination im Wochenbett bei primär röteln-seropositiven Frauen*: Nachweis von antigen-spezifisch (Röteln) und nicht spezifisch stimulierten Antikörpertitern

Abstract
There were 56 parturient women with a positive hemagglutination inhibition test [HHT] for rubella virus studied. The antibody titer charge was evaluated at the time of a s.c. rubella vaccination (after delivery) and 2-3 mo. later. In 29 there was no antibody titer change; in 21 there was a rise in titer (significant in 14); and in 6 there was a fall in titer (significant in 2). Rubella HHT, after IgM immunoadsorption, produced 1 positive response after vaccination. Serological studies with cytomegalovirus, mumps virus, herpes simplex virus, varicella-zoster virus and Epstein-Barr virus were also reported.
