Abstract
Using combined thermoelectric and resistivity measurements on fully oxygenated PrBa2Cu2.8Ga0.2Oy samples, we show that carriers from two energy bands probably participate in the hopping transport. We obtain estimates of the density of states and the localization length of carriers in one of these bands, and of the energy gap between them. Keywords
