Abstract
A case of hyper-sensitivity to isoniazid, manifested by fever, malaise, headache, anorexia, dermatitis, lymphadenopathy, eosinophilia, and anicteric hepatitis, has been presented. After oral desensitization over a fifty-two-day period the patient was able to tolerate full doses of the drug. A detailed description is given of the management of hypersensitivity to isoniazid, with particular emphasis on desensitization. Keywords
