Abstract
A relatively simple and safe apparatus for the study of airborne infection is described.Cloud sampling and assessment techniques are described and critically discussed. Evidence is given concerning the satisfactory reproducibility of in vitro and in vivo assays.Limitations to the usefulness of the apparatus are noted. Keywords
