Abstract
A case of refractory anaemia with excess of blasts ( RAEB ) terminating with clinical and haematological picture of Ph1 negative chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) is reported. It is suggested that the same abnormal clone of cells is responsible for the initial picture of the RAEB and the terminal CML picture. Keywords
