Photon Cross Sections and Vector Dominance

Abstract
We calculate (1) incoherent photoproduction of mesons, (2) total photon-nucleus cross sections, and (3) incoherent photoproduction of positive pions within the framework of simple vector dominance. Comparison is made with experiment.
