Abstract
The authors report a case of typical incontinentia pigmenti (Bloch-Sulzberger syndrome) with histopathological examination of the eye showing a complete funnel-shaped retinal detachment and peculiar alterations of the pigment epithelium. They discuss a possible correlation between these pigmented ocular lesions and the pigment skin changes. Keywords
