Abstract
Electron crystallography of frozen-hydrated two-dimensional crystals of deglycosylated human erythrocyte CHIP28 reveals an aqueous vestibule in each monomer leading to the water-selective channel that is enclosed by multiple transmembrane alpha-helices.Keywords
