Blood samples were taken from 6 adults before and after the admn. of 500-700 mg. of dicumarol in 2 doses. The blood was then subjected to electrophoretic analysis and prothrombin time detns. Dicumarol failed to produce plasma changes detectable by electrophoretic analysis. The usual effect of dicumarol on prothrombin time was observed.
