Abstract
The speciation of organometallic compounds using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP‐MS) as a detector is reviewed. Two different methodologies have been developped: separative extraction and liquid or gas chromatography, coupled with ICP‐MS. The main experimental conditions described in each paper are listed. Selectivity of the methods, detection limits, Chromatographic parameters, experimental conditions of ICP‐MS and interferences are discussed. Keywords
