Abstract
A case of myasthenia gravis (MG) associated with a T helper cell lymphoma is reported. Treatment of the lymphoma led to resolution of the MG. This and other cases of hematologic tumors associated with MG suggest that immunoregulatory abnormalities may underlie the production of antibodies directed against the acetylcholine receptor. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
