Abstract
Intraluminal meconium calcification of unknown mechanism is reported in three neonates who did not have distal intestinal obstruction. The condition was benign in all three cases and did not require surgical intervention. This new form of intra-abdominal calcification should be differentiated from other forms that invariably are due to surgical disorders. Keywords
