Abstract
Hybridoma technology has made it possible to prepare a range of antibodies which define developmental and functional compartments of the T lymphocyte lineage in man. The feasibility of achieving this aim, and some immediate clinical applications, are illustrated in this report on seven monoclonal antibodies from seven selected hybridoma clones, which are shown to define subclasses of human T cells according to their immune function and developmental rank. This publication has 21 references indexed in Scilit:
