Abstract
Simplification of work and separation of planning from execution which are the premises behind the Taylor system are being examined, and the creativity in daily work is being extensively investigated. As the background of creative work, Maslow's hierarchy of human needs and Herzberg's theory of motivation are examined. The superficial contradiction between standardization and creativity is discussed, and four steps leading to creative works are presented. Supporting creative works of employees is indispensable. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
