Weibull-distributed weather clutter in the frequency domain

Abstract

It is shown that Weibull-distributed weather clutter obeys a Weibull distribution after processing by the Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT). Thus the new Weibull CFAR detector should be considered to suppress such clutter in the frequency domain.
