Abstract
Ferroelectric domains have been observed and characterized in hydrothermally grown KTiOPO4 and a poling process developed. The electro‐optic, pyroelectric, and second‐harmonic generation characteristics of multidomain crystals before and after poling are described and compared to single domain crystals.Keywords
