Abstract
Measurements of the 3 high density lipoproteins in the serum of 566 clinically healthy adults were made. Analysis of the age and sex trends in mean high density lipoprotein levels for the age span 18-69 years was made. Possible inter-relationships in the serum level of these high density lipoproteins were evaluated. A description and method of analysis for quantitative study of the high density lipoproteins and the low density lipoproteins is given in "Methods of Biochemical Analysis", edited by David Glick, New York Interscience 1954, Vol. I, p. 459.Keywords
