Abstract
A new experimental system of coupled chemical oscillators is presented. Three cation-exchange beads loaded with ferroin are spatially distributed in triangular forms and immersed in the Belousov–Zabotinsky reaction mixture. The cation-exchange beads were in no contact with each other. The cation-exchange bead was used as a chemical oscillator. Spontaneous switching between two out-of-phase oscillation was observed. Keywords
