Abstract
Electron paramagnetic signals have been observed in high resistivity p-type CdTe. At 4 K, beside transition ion signals, a strong light-induced g = 1.830 ± 0.002 line is observed in as-grown CdTe, and, even without illumination, a signal at g = 2.003 ± 0.001 appears in heavily-doped CdTeKeywords
