Abstract
Summary Large lipid masses were found in zona reticularis of certain porcine animals and it was suggested that they might represent a degenerative change. Correlation coefficients indicated that the zona reticularis lipid masses may be associated with a rapid post-mortem pH decline in muscle and a short post-mortem sarcomere length. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
