Abstract
The clinical and pathological findings in 3 children with neuro-cutaneous melanosis are described, and the published reports on this condition reviewed. This lesion has a high malignant potentiality and usually causes death during early childhood. It is postulated that the condition is a congenital dysplasia of the neural crest. Keywords
