Abstract
Neutron single-crystal structural studies have been made of Cs(DxH1-x)2AsO4, nominal x = 0.95, in its tetragonal phase at Tc + 5 K (208 K) and at 77 K in its orthorhombic ferroelectric phase. Keywords
