End‐to‐side anastomosis of the vein: A technical innovation

Abstract
A new technique for easier end-to-side anastomosis of veins is presented. By applying a few traction sutures to the edge of the venotomy and tenting the venous wall, thereby keeping the venotomy open, end-to-side anastomosis of the vein can be easily performed.Keywords
