Abstract
These phases of angiotensin are considered: isolation and purification; biological activity; pharmacology; occurrence in peripheral blood and in renal vein blood; accessory factors affecting action; effect on cardiac output, coronary outflow, ecg, peripheral resistance, pulmonary circulation, and blood flow; modification of its action by drugs; mechanism of action; cardiovascular lesions associated with renin and angiotensin administration; effects on the kidneys; effects on aldosterone secretion; and the treatment of surgical shock with it.Keywords
