Addendum: Low-energy electron scattering by atomic oxygen

Our recently computed differential cross sections for elastic electron scattering from the ground state of oxygen have been used to compute momentum-transfer cross sections for energies $0.136\le E\left(\mathrm{eV}\right)\le 11.02$. Leading terms from the threshold laws have been used to estimate the zero-temperature limits of the rate constants for deactivation by electron impact.
