Abstract
A trichoblastic fibroma is described with special emphasis on the existence of hair germ (trichogenic) tumours. Comparison is made with trichogenic hamartomas such as trichoepithelioma. The differential diagnosis of trichogenic lesions with basal cell carcinoma is also emphasized.Keywords
