Hemodynamic Effects of Neosynephrine

Abstract
Intravenous injections of neosynephrine resulted in more pronounced hemodynamic responses than were obtained following similar injections into either femoral artery or right ventricle. These differences were attributed in part to direct effects on cardiac muscle but the relative importance of this factor and peripheral vasoconstriction could not be determined.Keywords
