Abstract
Described is a procedure for quickly evaporating protein hydrolyzates to dryness prior to amino acid assay. An operator may prepare three to many times the number of dry hydrolyzates as previously in the same amount of time, depending on whether a part or all of the described techniques are used. The procedure permits the efficient use of the amino acid analyzer.Keywords
