Abstract
Bacterial [Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium] endotoxins administered to BALB/c mice given i.p. mineral oil cause an increased incidence of plasma cell tumors, compared with mice given oil or antigens alone, or oil plus antigen other than endotoxin. Endotoxin in nanogram doses was more effective than in microgram doses. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
