Abstract
Different conditions for the neuraminidase activity inhibition test using ovomucin as the substrate were compared. Optimal results were obtained after 1 h contact of virus with antibody at 37.degree. C and after 18 h contact of virus-antibody mixture with the substrate at 37.degree. C. Antineuraminidase antibody titer may be calculated by the results of the test integration in comparison with virus control without correction for normal rabbit serum. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
