Abstract
Small cerebellar infarction witha benign outcome occurs more frequently than a massive infarction with brainstem compression. Retrospective CT studies have shown it. These infarcts are more often localized in the superior hemisphere of the cerebellum which semiology is not well known. Some reports pointed out that an acute cerebellular infarction in the PICA territory may mimic labyrinthrine lesion. The authors report a case of an acute small cerebellar infarction in the SCA territory presenting as a dysarthria and unsteadiness, involving the left lobulus semilunaris superior, in a paravermal zone, on CT scan. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
