Abstract
A peer culture development program implemented in three Chicago public high schools is described. The program uses peer influence in group meetings (classes) as means for reduction of adolescent problem behavior. An evaluation study providing generally positive findings is reported, showing reductions in destructive or detrimental behavior. Keywords
